Your kid's eczema isn't something you just have to live with.

The Calm Skin Method. Twelve weeks, one to one, for parents who've done the creams and the elimination diets and the specialist appointments and are still awake at 3am.

Any of this sound familiar?

The cream works for a few days and then it comes back worse.

You've cut out dairy, gluten, eggs and half the pantry and you're still no clearer.

Someone told you to keep going with the same routine and hope they grow out of it.

You're reading forum posts at midnight because nobody's explained why this keeps happening.

You can't tell anymore what's helping and what's making it worse.

Most eczema advice treats the flare, not the reason for it

Steroid creams do a job. They bring inflammation down and for a lot of kids they help. I'm not anti-steroid, and I've never asked a family to stop something their doctor put them on.

But a cream works on the surface. If the barrier, the gut and the triggers underneath don't change, the flare comes back the day you stop. That's the loop. It's not you doing it wrong.

Here's the thing though. Most parents I talk to aren't short on information. You've read it all. You've been in the groups at midnight. You probably know more about eczema than the last GP who saw your kid for eight minutes.

What you're missing is an order. What to change first. What to watch for. How long to give it before you call it.

Because when you change five things at once and the skin settles, you've got no idea which one did it. And when it flares again you're back at the start, guessing.

That's the gap. Not knowledge. Order.

I've had this skin

I had severe eczema for [X YEARS] and then topical steroid withdrawal on top of it. I know what it's like to sleep on a towel. To plan your week around your skin. To be told there's nothing left to try.

I also watched my mum go through it from the other side, not able to fix any of it. So I've seen both chairs.

I got out the other side and then spent years working out why. I was an adult before anyone gave me a straight answer. Your kid shouldn't have to wait that long.

Since then I've worked with [NUMBER] families.

I'm a skin coach. Not a doctor, and that matters. I work alongside your GP or your derm, not instead of them.

How it works

01

01

Work out what's actually going on

Twelve weeks isn't how long recovery takes. It's how long it takes to build the thing and hand it over to you.

02

02

Rebuild the basics

We rebuild the skincare routine from the ground up. What to use, what to bin, and how to actually apply it. This is usually where things start to settle.

03

03

Work through the triggers

Food, environment, gut. One thing at a time, so when something shifts you know what shifted it. Everyone skips this part. It's the part that decides whether any of it holds.

04

04

Hand it over

We lock in what's working, build your flare plan, and make sure you know what comes next. You finish able to run this without me.

What's included

  • Full Skin & Life Audit. A proper deep dive across diet, environment, toxin load, gut, triggers and where you're at with steroids or TSW.

  • Twelve one to one calls. Weekly for the first month, then weekly or fortnightly as things settle. We look at the skin together and adjust as we go.Bullet List 3

  • Message access, seven days. Message me any day of the week. I'll come back to you within a few hours, same day if you're in a flare. You're never stuck sitting on a decision until your next call.

  • A protocol written for your kid, and updated as things change.

  • A food framework that survives real life. Fussy eaters, a shared kitchen, school lunches.

  • Supplement guidance for your child specifically. Not a list I hand everyone.

  • The Recovery Roadmap. So you always know which stage you're in and what's coming.

  • The Flare Response Playbook. What to do the moment one starts, so you're not frozen at 11pm googling.

  • The Skin Biology Explainer Library. Short videos on why any of this happens.

You're not the one taking the risk here

Do the audit. Turn up to your first four calls. Follow the protocol.

If you get to day 30 and you don't think this is the clearest, best supported path you've been on, say so and I'll refund the lot.

I can offer that because I've seen what happens when a family runs this properly. If you've done the work and it still wasn't worth it, you shouldn't be paying me.

Questions parents ask

Do we have to stop the steroid creams?

No. I've never asked a family to stop something their doctor prescribed. Steroids help a lot of kids. My work is on what sits underneath, so the flares stop coming back the second you stop using them. Anything to do with changing prescribed medication is between you and your doctor.

Is this medical treatment?

No. It's coaching and education. I'm a skin coach, not a registered practitioner. I don't diagnose and I don't treat. I work alongside your GP or derm, and I'll tell you when something needs a doctor rather than me.

How long does it actually take?

Properly getting on top of severe eczema and TSW usually takes six to twelve months. Twelve weeks doesn't get you to the end of that. What it does is get the system running, get you an early win, and get you to the point where you're making decisions instead of reacting. The whole point is to get your kid better and get you out, not to keep you on my books.

How old does my child need to be?

I work with kids from [X] up. With very young babies I'd want you working with your GP alongside me. Ask me on the call and I'll tell you straight whether it's the right time.

What does it cost?

The twelve week intensive is $2,200 USD, or three payments of $795 USD. I'll go through it properly on the call once I understand what's going on with your child. If something else is a better fit for where you're at, I'll tell you about that instead.

What if we can't commit to the whole thing?

Say so on the call. I also do a one off Skin Audit Session for families who want direction without the full programme, and if you upgrade within 30 days it comes off the price.

What happens after I apply?

You pick a time straight away. I read your application properly before we speak, so we're not burning the first twenty minutes on background. On the call we go through your child's history and I tell you what I'd do. Then you decide, or you don't.

Do we need to be in Sydney?

No. It's all over video and most of my families aren't.

Do you sell the supplements you recommend?
